Angels Spread Their Wings

Friday, June 19, 2015 - 2:10 PM

The Demons District has prophesised the coming of a new West Australian Women’s Football Club (WAWFL) side in the mould of Perth Angels FC. The Perth Angels FC, previously known as SNESA Angels FC, has been working behind the scenes with the WA Football Commission (WAFC) to develop the profile of female football in the Demons District and develop closer links with Perth Demons FC. The Perth Angels FC is set to soar in 2015, with Peet Park becoming their new seat of power in their quest for glory in the WAWFL and WAFC Youth Girls Competition.

Perth Angels FC will be going into battle against Mt Lawley FC at 12pm on Sunday, 12th April at Hamer Park. Whilst Peet Park will be the primary base of the Angel, their spiritual home will undoubtedly be Lathlain Park, where the Angels are scheduled to play a series of matches and potentially host a number of WAWFL meetings and functions during the 2015 WAWFL Season. The Demons District is excited by what’s in store for the Perth Angels FC and can’t wait to see them don the black and red in the 2015 WAWFL Season and WAFC Youth Girls Competition.
